SFT (gentle testing without interference)
For the contacting of electronic vector groups, MOWA Prüftechnik GmbH has developed a new technology, the SFT-Test Fixture Technology. Cracks on the Ball-Points of BGAs, FPGAs, on the connections of LSIs and on the ceramic capacitors are avoided.
Top Hat
Top-Hats by MOWA Prüftechnik GmbH are standardized, mainly open and vacuum-driven solutions. The PCB remains unrestricted accessible from above and sideward. In the hinged pressure plate of the Top-Hat are (Niederhalter) installed, which exert pressure on the PCB in the closed state. The Top Hat is tightened by vacuum and and does not require a mechanical lock. Adjusting screwdrivers — including motorized ones — and other tools can be integrated into the pressure plate (e. g. buttons, pneumatic cylinders, …). Thus it is possible to test all PCBs on the vacuum test fixture.
